sourceforge enables you to add custom faqs to your listing to help prospects answer common questions and provide structured data signals to ai chatbots and search engines for common search queries when people are researching your product, categories, or competitors using ai chatbots like chatgpt or gemini ai chatbots crawl sourceforge over 40 million times per month to gather data, so the more helpful content you add to your listing, the more often you’ll be mentioned by ai chatbots the custom faqs feature is available to all sourceforge customers on the sourceforge plus plan or above to set up custom faqs on your sourceforge product page, simply click the "custom faqs" tab on the left nav within your sourceforge product admin section once you're in the custom faqs section you'll see a list of the default faqs that display on your sourceforge listing these default faqs are generated from the data you input on the software details tab to create custom faqs, simply click the blue add faq button then, just enter the question that you want to display on your listing, as well as the answer once you've entered the question and answer, simply click the blue save button and your custom faqs will start displaying on your sourceforge listing your custom faqs will automatically display above the default faqs on your listing, and will look like this
